To help provide you with a customized experience to better serve your needs, IBM is recommending that you link your IBM ID to your IBM Customer Number(s) (ICN).
ICNs are unique numbers assigned to customer agreements with IBM, including software maintenance agreements. You may link one or more ICNs to your IBM ID. Records of ICNs are typically maintained by customer contracting, purchasing or site technical departments. If required, please contact your contracting/purchasing department, Site Technical Coordinator, IBM Business Partner or IBM Sales Representative for help in determining the ICNs associated with your current customer agreements with IBM.
